Youthworks’ Leaders in Training (LIT) is a wonderful camp for students in Years 9-12 in 2026 who want to grow in their love for Jesus and be equipped to serve Him more faithfully.
Throughout the week, you will build great friendships, have a lot of fun, and share life with other young Christians. But LIT is also more than just a fun camp experience. It is a week designed to stretch you, challenge you, and help you think deeply about what it means to belong to Christ and follow Him with your whole life.
You will be encouraged to grow in your faith, to understand God’s word more deeply, and to consider how the Lord has gifted you to serve His church and His world. The Bible reminds us that each of us has been given gifts by God to use for the good of others and for His glory (1 Peter 4:10-11). LIT is about helping you see that Christian leadership is not about status or recognition, but about humble service, faithful character, and pointing others to Jesus.
Over the course of the week, we want to help you grow as a disciple of Christ, as a servant-hearted leader, and as someone ready to live for the glory of God in every part of life. Our prayer is that this week would shape you to love Jesus more, serve His people more willingly, and be better equipped for the good works God has prepared for you (Ephesians 2:10).
