Youth Ministry Vision Statement

Our youth ministry exists to see young people know Jesus, love His Word, belong to His church, and grow into faithful disciples who live for His glory. We believe the teenage years are not a waiting room for real faith, but a vital season in which hearts, habits, convictions, and identity are being formed.

For that reason, youth ministry is not simply a program to maintain, but a gospel work to invest in. Through faithful Bible teaching, prayer, discipleship, pastoral care, leader training, and Christ-centred community, we want to help young people stand firm in a confusing world and follow Jesus with conviction, joy, and perseverance.

This vision is bigger than a weekly gathering. It includes resourcing leaders, supporting parents, creating safe and welcoming spaces, equipping young people for mission, and laying foundations for lifelong faith. We believe that investing in youth ministry is an investment in the present and future life of the church. As we disciple the next generation, we are praying that God would raise up mature Christians, servant-hearted members, future leaders, and bold witnesses to Christ.

Because of this, we see youth ministry as a shared responsibility. Young people, parents, community contact, the wider church, and ministry supporters all have a part to play. Together, through prayer, service, generosity, and partnership, we can help create a sustainable and fruitful ministry where the gospel is heard, lives are shaped, and Christ is honoured.

So we have set budget of $12,000 this year and praying that through the donations of all partners, parents, and community contacts we can reach this goal and make a wise and exciting investment in youth ministry today and into the future.
